I’m Jihae (pronounced “G-hey”), a New York–based women’s RTW design lead with 14 years across wovens, knits, dresses, outerwear, and denim. I build trend-right product with clear line architecture that protects IMU and delivers to calendar.

I translate trend and market insight into cohesive seasonal assortments, partnering with Merchandising, Product Development, Technical Design, and Sourcing. I blend taste elevation with commercial discipline—using PLM and CLO 3D rigor to reduce sample rounds and move faster. Recent wins include increasing adoption up to 4× across select accounts.
