At Pearl Global, I lead women’s RTW design across multi-category collections, guiding teams in New York, India, Indonesia, Bangladesh, and Vietnam. I collaborate directly with major U.S. retailers to shape seasonal assortments - aligning aesthetic direction, customer insight, and product architecture.

My process begins with a clear seasonal POV: competitive research/shopping, thoughtful color stories, intentional fabric choices, and silhouettes that balance ease with refinement. From there, I lead development across global partners, from sketch to fit through final assortment.
